Grape: Fermentation of grapes took place in stainless steel vats of 10,000 liters under controlled temperatures.
Ageing for 16 months in oak barrels and 14 months bottle aged.
Tasting Notes:
Very deep cherry purple and raspberries colour. In the nose complex aromas and intense fruity, creamy and oaky notes. The palate dry and elegant with firm tannins; pleasant and soft edge.
Alcoholic degree: 14 % vol.
